Nathan Bachrach and Ed Finke's vision over 20 years ago was to surround clients, like you, with a financial team to work with and get to know, with people that will help empower and educate you, and a team of advocates helping to guide you to and through retirement.
Through his leadership of Simply Money Advisors and its over 20-year history, Nathan believes in "paying it forward" as a financial educator and advocate. He started his financial services career believing that getting involved will help improve the quality of the community. He continues to hold those same beliefs continue today.
Nathan holds a bachelor’s degree from Hofstra University on Long Island, NY and earned his master’s degree from the University of Cincinnati.
Nathan works in the community by serving on the board of directors for the UC Economics Center, an organization with a mission of developing K-12 based curriculums for economics and financial literacy. He serves on the boards of the Cancer Support Community, the Jewish Community Relations Council and the investment committee of the Jewish Community Center. Nathan also serves as a member of the Simply Money Advisors Investment Committee.
In 2012, Nathan was named Volunteer Team Finalist for the Invest in Others Community Leadership Awards and was honored as a Cincinnati Gentleman of Style and Substance in 2010. He has served as keynote speaker and presenter at numerous financial industry and community events throughout the country, including Barron’s Top Independent Advisors Summits and local TEDx events. He's appeared as a financial analyst on various radio and television shows including on CNBC, the Fox Business Network and Fox News. Nathan is co-host of the daily Simply Money radio show.
Ed has spent his more than 30-year career helping to empower and educate people on the importance of money, finance and investing. His financial industry experience includes working and advising both individual and corporate clients.
A native of Cincinnati, Ohio, Ed is a U.S. Army veteran and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Xavier University.
Ed gives back to the community through his dedicated involvement with Honor Flight Tri-State, serving on its board of directors. Its mission is to provide "Honor Flights" to veterans, free of charge, so they can visit their memorials in Washington, D.C. Ed escorts and honors these heroes on each Honor Flight Tri-State trip. Ed also serves as a member of the Simply Money Advisors Investment Committee.
